I requested a cancellation and it was rejected by seller. Once contacted they said that they’d provide a refund and did not. I asked to send the item or refund, whichever is easiest and still nothing. Seller did not communicate at all. 2.5 weeks later and I’d not received a refund or any constant communication. eBay finally provided me a refund. Would not buy from this seller.

Sorry but I have no patience for interactions like this, hopefully it really was a one-off issue.
