I contacted customer service who resolved the issue with a replacement unit the next day. Product was as described and works perfectly. Very professional and no messing about. Very happy customer with a great PC at a bargain price. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a budget PC.

Unfortunately (and not the sellers fault) it was delivered to the wrong address, DHL's error, i actually received the monitor 3 hours after i got the notification email of it having been delivered. I told the seller of the error and he contacted DHL. Swift and sure action, i will certainly by from this seller again.He was very curteous and apologetic.

They were also quick to refund me after returning the item.
