They made it right and refunded me anyway and told me not to worry about sending it back. This is what I call major customer service. They didn’t have to do that but they did excellent. I’m gonna order something else from them that works.

They did not do that for us, however the item was delivered by UPS and the box appears undamaged. We have not checked all the parts inside the box, butit appears ok inside.
