These Retro Collection figures were tough to find when they first hit shelves a few years back (I had to ask about them at 3 different Target stores and only one store had them; the store that had them had not even put them out on display so I had to ask about them in order to get the ones I got). The seller accepted my initial offer (which was a little surprising) so I got a decently priced Luke Skywalker. The item arrived in good condition.
