Product Information

Dark Legions is a fighting game containing definite elements of strategy. Your main objective is simply to be king of the hill. The game is populated with creatures of dark fantasy and your job is to manipulate these beings to the best advantage and stomp your opponent senseless. You are limited to an army of up to 100 at any given time using a credit system where the more powerful a character is, the more it costs, so you must take care not to exceed the limit when summoning recruits. To enhance your army, you can also buy six magical rings that modify your troops and seven different traps to spring on the enemy. Dark Legions features both a 3D and overhead view and special effects that affect gameplay like time of day (afterall, a vampire fights better at night, right?) and unique powers, abilities, restricted and hidden movements for each of 16 different types of beings (such as berserkers, conjurers, elementals, orcs, phantoms, seers, trolls and more). Much of the strategy element deals with selecting the right army components and where to place them on the map during a particular scenario. To win in Dark Legions, you'll need to employ tactical attacks (like in chess), practice deception (hide your battle plan) and be inventive.
