Called customer service and they claimed it only really works on 2017+ vehicles which it doesn’t state anywhere in description or online. Claims to work with factory head units but simply doesn’t unless it’s a new vehicle. Had it professionally installed and has little to no rca output. Even with gain jacked up the subs are hardly noticeable even when touching them. Skar audio amp. Everything works great on other car. Junk.

Only thing was they didn’t put a bass control knob with it but once I notified them about it they quickly responded and had one delivered to me in 2 days. Will do business with them again. The amp is a perfect fit for my subs.

They gave me option of refund or replacement. I told them I still wanted it and they sent another one that day even know it wasn't they're mess up. I received it in 2.5 days which from Florida to Pennsylvania is really quick and here they gave me a brand new one. Skar-5 🌟
