I explained how the item has just been sitting in the post office where it was dropped off for the last month.. finally I filed with ebay and a refund was issued. I contacted him four days ago and told him I want my money back. Still no answer from him. He charged my PayPal account for the record and I never got it!!! Do not buy from this seller!!!
