Was suppose to fix charger port and when I got it back now it won’t charge with new battery. They said send it back, sent it back and they are saying it’s broke now and won’t charge. Never had this issue and would explain why they had it two weeks, wormer told me they broke it and was trying to fix it. Owner told me he will just refund me and send it back broke. Was using vulgar language. Too mage we can't attach screenshots. We she sent the device the second time, we never told her it WASNT REPAIRABLE. She just assumed it. Their was actually nothing wrong with it. We plugged it in & it charged properly. The device was then sent back to her.
