The set is as beautiful as those sold by House of Staunton in the United States, but much cheaper. Delivery was perfect, and the package arrived on the date indicated on the purchase date. The only problem is that the eBay website doesn't clearly state whether taxes are included in the product price, and I had to pay an additional $112.

Communication with the seller was excellent. The pieces are of very high quality, with perfect details, professional style and the right colors. Everything looks exactly like the photos on the seller's website. I have nothing to complain about, except to praise the seller and the quality of the chess pieces I bought. Thank you ChessVilla for the great service and for producing such a high quality product!!!

Just after I ordered the set tariffs were raised to 40%. The seller and I agreed to wait for things to calm down and I asked that they monitor the situation and ship when they thought best. I received the set with no extra charges. Packaging was great -- every piece was individually wrapped. I could not be more pleased with both the chess set & the service and communication was stellar.

And you couldn’t wish for better packaging - arrived in perfect condition. Despatch/delivery was blisteringly quick. Truly outstanding value. Communication throughout was excellent.
