I didn't want to fault the seller, so I shipped it back on my dime, FedEx mishandled the delivery and lost the shipment for a few weeks. Seller stuck with me through this charade of just trying to have a simple delivery back to the seller. End result was I got the unit back to the seller and they quickly refunded my money. Packaging of the product was pretty solid, so it didn't arrive broken. Did have issues with the touch response, but that's an error on my end with the repair.
