I ordered 4 pairs in different colors, all XS. One pair was mistakenly sent in the wrong size (XXS). When I contacted the seller, they apologized sincerely and quickly sent the correct size, with a prepaid envelope to return the XXS, all at no cost to me. They made the whole process easy and were clearly concerned with making it right. I was very impressed with this seller!
