The other had several notches in the selvage, some of which tore into the fabric. I sent pictures requesting help. They offered a 15% refund. I accepted that for the piece with notches/tears. I requested a full refund for the piece unusable due to the flaws and after a week had to escalate the case due to no seller response. Beware this velvet appears to be seconds quality. Likely that is why it is priced lower.
