The second thing is the seller communicated on how it was to be shipped. I wanted it shipped in a box as the last one I got was shipped in a plastic bag and folded in half there forever breaking the console cover. I had to modify the rear defrost switch so I used the one that was bad as a template to cut it out from the backside. It says not for a clock so I customized the clock opening the same way and drilled a hole for the clock set stem

The seller then promised to send the correct item several times, but did not. Communication was awful and utterly unhelpful. I was forced to return the item having wasted $50 on import fees due to their total and utter incompetence.
