The USPS tracking stated that it was left with a neighbor, but my neighbor never received it. I went to the PO to report this but they couldn't help me find it because there are so many temporary postal workers. The PO said that you could file a claim so that I could receive a reimbursement. I waited a bit after I checked w/ my neighbors but the pkg never turned up. Once the item is handed over to the USPS, I no longer have control over the delivery process. For concerns regarding how or where the package was delivered, per the notes from USPS you had requested it be delivered to a neighbor. I hope you find it.
