Then instead gave a full refund to buy another vs having them pay for standard shipping/fast shipping, I'm still testing the new one and the battery on standby dropped 12% in 13 Hrs with wifi/BT on also 1st use setting it up/updating/testing it lasted 38 Hrs!! Highly recommended seller!!!!!!!!

The previous phone was the same issue, that why I seldom buy anything electronics on eBay, returning is too much hassle, even the warranty is hard to deal with, the app is lacking of honest reviews and details, compare to Amazon. I feel bad about this buying on eBay.
