However, the seller is incredibly polite and quick to respond. Had no issues at all with return process. Item originally came on time as far as shipping. Was packaged nice and neat. All in all still a pleasant experience even though I had to return it. I still give them an A+. Nothing wrong on their end the item was still as they described I just wasn’t able to use it the way I needed to.
