I was assisted with every questions throughout the whole purchasing process. Even when I was mistaken due to my negligence of reading the description and had sent my SRS module with the seatbelt. With only purchasing the seatbelt service. Mr. Russ was able to act quickly and provided me the service of resetting my SRS module after purchasing it. Although I did mention it afterwards, he was able to send back both items in two days!!

I sent mine everything looks great on return to me. Instructions on reinstall. I sent mine usps paid 42.00 dollars to ship said 3 days ,but mine got there in 6 days. I tracked it usps fault there. But then my repair was done as I was told 24 hours. Shipped back to me with no problems . I would use again . One more thing. They packed my return very well.
