He sent me the refund label and once the item was received he then contacts eBay and says that I opened the bottles and spilled the oil and kept the gasket even tho I told him.

Dents and scratches galore! Took forever but finally got the second box after about a month of waiting. The second box was actually packed nicely, bubble wrap and all... Communications with the seller was like talking to a 5yr old, copy and paste answers and ghosting. I didn't want to go through the BS again so I just installed them...
