- m***1 (98)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Hace más de un añoCompra verificadathe chain cut fine for 15 minutes,then started to vibrate. stopped saw and looked at the carbide inserts some of the inserts were missing broken off at the welds some were chipped probably from the insert that broke getting embedded in the wood. both saw chains did this. we were cutting ash trees. i've been cutting trees for over 40 years. is the quality this bad...please reply what I should do on these chains....

However, there was a slight defect in the part and I requested to have it returned. They were more than helpful in making that happen. I would certainly buy from them again.
