I had trouble getting this bud+ to sync with the other one the first night, even though the battery level was >50%. I tried again the next day at 100% charge and the case plugged in and it paired exactly as described in instructions and works great. Not sure if it was user error or if the full charge and plugged in case changed something. Works awesome now, I would purchase from this seller again.

Sound is great, color is exact. It took me about an hour to sync this time. I gave up after a while before realizing the earbud might be dead. Gave it a charge and it synced perfectly.
