The chair we did receive was well wrapped, item was as described and really nice quality, lovely colour and good value. The communications from the Seller were really good and they did a lot to try and locate the missing chair. I however, ordered the wrong size, the support team were super helpful and very quick to assist me. I returned the package back to them and received my refund straight away. No hassle or issues when it came to sorting my return and refund. Will definitely use again in the future. AAA+

I ordered these items and they arrived without the pads, the parts are new in unsealed packaging which is great, the communication was excellent, however without the pads the discs are just an ornament in my garage. Another week on public transport until I get a chance to fit these at the weekend. To confirm this would have been a neutral review if the option was available.
