Seller quickly answered a question I had. This is not a five rating because I bought two tennis racquets, and they were stacked together in the packaging without any padding/protection between them. So both new racquets showed up with chips on the necks and frames. It doesn't affect playability, but these are now only "mostly new."

I reached out to the seller who immediately declined even though the item didn’t match the description.
