I was kept up-to-date with the progress of the sale via accurate (and regularly updated) tracking information. When the book arrived (quickly, and in brand new condition), I saw that it was safe and securely packaged, to the extent that I actually had trouble getting into the envelope! I appreciate such a professional job. Great value, too. Thank you :)
