They then accused me of committing a fraudulent act and threatened to report me to ebay when they make the mistake and didn't send what I paid for. . Worst customer service ever. First riping me off then threatening me when I tried to get them to rectify the situation . I was suppose to get (2) rosey lips instead I got (2) original and (1) cocoa butter (1) rosey lips & (1) aloe. All balms are single packaged in a bubble wrap mailer which was very cost efficient. I wished items would have arrived a little quicker . I still rate seller excellent overall.
