Wow they are impressive. I purchased a Billy Joel record and thought it had some issues so I reached out and they explained their entire process and even sent me pics even though I fully believed them. They stated I can return it or exchange it whatever I needed to make me whole. Well guess what, the issue was on my end, it was my stylus. I am so grateful for people like this!! The packaging it was shipped in was untouched , once opened the actual box for the 5 pack is pretty much destroyed. Ripped hanger , creases everywhere . All the corners have rips and brown cardboard exposed .
