I waited 10 days for tracking info to change until I contacted both DHL and USPS. They both said they didn't have it and the seller has not shipped it. Emailed seller about it and never got an answer. Had to contact PayPal to get my money back.

I attempted to contact the seller twice, over a 5 day period, with zero response. As a seller myself, I typically don't leave (-) feedback, but there's just no excuse for ignoring customer issues. This could have been rectified so easily! Now, I'm happy to modify this feedback, should the seller follow up & resolve. As it stands, I have to assume that the lack of response is intentional, thereby justifying this feedback.
