I told them I wanted the product. Within 24hrs I had a tracking number and received my item within the week!! Once we opened the package we realized the labels were over a decade old and did not have the features that were listed on the product page. They took a picture from a newer version of the product, with the features I needed, and used that to sell an old version. I informed the seller and they could care less. I informed Ebay and they could care less.
