Seller quickly answered a question I had. This is not a five rating because I bought two tennis racquets, and they were stacked together in the packaging without any padding/protection between them. So both new racquets showed up with chips on the necks and frames. It doesn't affect playability, but these are now only "mostly new."

The packaging damage was clearly listed and the seller was extremely well at communicating and making sure I was aware. I personally wasn’t concerned, as I was going to be opening and discarding the packaging anyways, but it was great knowing everything upfront, would love to do business again!
