At first, there was a definite odor to the shoes so I tried different ways to eliminate that smell. What worked the best was, I sprayed them with fabreze & put outside to dry…by the 3rd time the smell was gone & I could start to wear them! If you had a variety of colors, I would order another pair but black for now works well.

They are truly a slide that fits the shape of the human foot and are so light you hardly know you have them on. They make it a delight to walk. I bought 2 pair and would buy more but I am old and don't know if I would have time to wear them out.
