When I discovered there was more than just a screen that needed to be fixed. They were super flexible and absolutely put the customer first. The product fit perfectly and you can't even tell that it's not the original screen that came with the laptop. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

I didn't want to fault the seller, so I shipped it back on my dime, FedEx mishandled the delivery and lost the shipment for a few weeks. Seller stuck with me through this charade of just trying to have a simple delivery back to the seller. End result was I got the unit back to the seller and they quickly refunded my money. Packaging of the product was pretty solid, so it didn't arrive broken. Did have issues with the touch response, but that's an error on my end with the repair.
