No syringe, gaskets, bolt studs, you know the typical things that come with a rebuild turbo kit. Turbo Sounded ok like no weird noises during prep stage of using a syringe and spinning turbine to lubricate the seals prior to install. Everything was done correctly. on first fire up you could just hear all the chatter and metal to metal scratching sounds inside the turbo. Turbo not built correctly. We messaged a couple times on eBay with no response, we had to track them down another way and the short story ends with us getting a refund. Because they had none in stock and nothing ready to ship. So I would contact them first before buying
