After placing order for item, I got a message from seller saying item was sold out. We agreed that a larger size of same item would be sent instead. However, when I received the larger item, it was larger, yes, but not a replica of the original item I'd ordered. Seller was extremely easy to work w/ about this & actually refunded me for the item & said no need to return it. My friend then saw the item, loved it, & took it home w/ her 🙂. Happy ending! When the doll arrived I had questions because it looked different than the picture; The shoes were different and the arms didn't look right. The seller communicated with me promptly and we worked out the problem. The arms had actually been attached on the wrong sides. I was able to fix it on my own with the seller's instructions.
