Shipping and tariffs made the cost of the mug way more than I would usually spend on a coffee mug, but my husband is a huge Def Leppard fan and this mug was unique. The shipping took some time, but it still arrived by the time I needed it. Overall I give this seller a thumbs up, because my husband liked the mug, it was packaged well and arrived in one piece. Shipping costs/time and customs are out of the seller's control and I will not hold that against them.
