The product is clearly defective. Seller is not responsible for the condition of the CDs. The CDs shrink were wrapped and all appeared to be new and unused. The CDs were simply not manufactured properly by Paramound and BBS. The CDs were manufactured by both.

Assumedly not a reseal, and discs arrived undamaged and working. 10/10 seller.
