It fits around her 13" girth/chest, but is entirely too loose and poofs out in front of her neck even though I tried rearranging the velcro at an angle multiple times. Her neck is only 8". The harness was brand new and looked as described by the listing. It's a good value if it fit! I'm keeping it in hopes that as she gets older it will fit later on. The harness is really cute!

Good communication from seller when it seemed like the package had been shipped to the wrong location. Turns out the wrong tracking number was sent to eBay. Seller provided correct number. There was 10 day delay between purchase and shipping, so it took quite a bit longer than expected (and luckily the volcano didn't erupt lol).
