They are definitely "like new" as described and I saved about 50% over buying them new on Amazon. The service was great and they arrived within the window predicted. Thank you so much to Eagle Color!

I've never encountered this discrepancy before on this brand of DVD--usually all are listed on box--happily all is fine. I've purchased many DVDs from this seller and am always pleased with the fast service and excellent communication!

English subs good but picture quality is poor/grainy - this show has many action scenes so requested return. Manufacturer issue - version has two diff actors for main male lead. Seller is very courteous and responds quickly to questions. Returned refunded with no hassle. Other drama DVDs purchased have good picture quality so will buy from this seller again. Thank you!!
