It's thick enough metal so as not to feel flimsy and withstand the weather outdoors. It possibly felt a little on the expensive side but I hope the quality will be worth it. It looks great on the window sill! In terms of postage, I would possibly recommend a different shipper as it arrived on a totally different day to what I expected.

The damage appears to have been due to careless handling during the postal journey. Seller was most helpful when I contacted them and quickly offered refund upon receiving explanation. Most impressed with the service and polite and helpful resolution to this unfortunate situation. Would definitely deal with them again.

I had an issue with having placed an order with the wrong payment method, by accident and contacted the seller to let them know I wanted to cancel and then reorder - the seller very quickly and courteously cancelled the order and posted out the reorder quickly. Extremely well packaged and great communication. Very pleased. Highly recommend the bottle and the seller.
