After purchasing, I asked the seller to confirm the DVDs were fine. They replied they did not know and suggested I look elsewhere. I immediately requested cancellation and refund several times, but they ignored me and shipped the order anyway. This shows disregard for clear buyer requests and no certainty about the item’s condition. Completely unprofessional. (We will know when we not see the physical defect on data side & the discs can be played like they’re supposed to. Then, we asked the buyer to consider getting the non-damaged one to ease her mind (which we have in other listing for $2 higher. Then, we did hold her shipment. Unfortunately, we do not check/reply our inbox on weekends & do it just once a day on workdays. Her return request msg came in Fri & we refunded Monday
