Brand new, it was packed well. The best part is that its stainless steel, and the LED light is perfect and quite bright. The black case will protect it well. This is all why I bought two. The item description wasn’t accurate to my item but I gave it a gamble to buy it since it was only 5.99 including shipping, and to my surprise it was the item!
