I didn't want to fault the seller, so I shipped it back on my dime, FedEx mishandled the delivery and lost the shipment for a few weeks. Seller stuck with me through this charade of just trying to have a simple delivery back to the seller. End result was I got the unit back to the seller and they quickly refunded my money.
