They very kindly sent out another. In the mean time we figured out that the cable wasn't the problem. We reached out to seller asking if they would take them back. All of sudden NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION. Ultimately, they went about and beyond to keep their customer content, therefore ... Pleasant transaction. We Recommend this seller.
