(I do like the box that it stores in) Packaging was a bit odd, it was like those Russian nesting dolls, a large flat rate envelope, you cut it open to find a smaller flat rate envelope, you cut that open find a yet smaller one, you cut that open to finally find the original factory envelope, by the time I got all done , I was just expecting a note saying “HA HA” . Fedex screwed up and I got it after 3 days. I appreciate the fast shipping attempt and the communication, but even if it wasn't my fault and my customer expressed that the item didn't arrive when expected, I would still offer them a discount of some sort.
