She responded by telling me she already tossed it, she wasn't pulling it out, to take pics. I'm sorry it was damage. if i received a damaged item i WOULD take pics. Just be clear the toothpaste was in a box, bubble wrapped, then put a used bubble bag around that, then placed it in a new bubble bag. I pack my items very well.
