All 12 bottles of ink arrived in good condition, in sealed bags with no leaks. I've only used the Light Magenta and Yellow so far, but they both work great. Good communication and I would buy from this seller again.

Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion. I understood prior to transaction that not all products are guaranteed to work. Good seller!
