My Dell adapter has been working constantly since received and I’m appreciative that you saved my laptop from permanent hibernation. Delivery was within the stated timelines given for faster service and that too was a blessing. Word to the wise, and before you lose it, take a picture of your current adapter as it has the info you need to replace it if lost.
