Not only are the shelves beautiful, but they're well crafted and every conceivable detail was addressed. Installation instructions, screws, drivers, brad point bit, paddle bit, and hex wrench were included. It's everything short of having the seller present to install them. Truly impressive. Oh, and speaking of which, the contents were packed with extreme care and arrived in immaculate condition ... and quickly! If I could give more stars, I would ... 11/10. Thank you!

It has the most detailed instructions I had ever received with a product purchased online. It had every screw and or tool necessary to hang the shelf. You could tell it was custom-made because you could still smell the stain. Highly recommend!!!!!

This man is a perfectionist. The shelves were perfect. The packaging was even custom made boxes. (8 shelves ). Each shelf was divided by protective paper. Came with all hardware and simple to install directions. I will continue to use this company.
