Unfortunately, the items were delivered to the incorrect address and the delivery service left them out in front of a commercial building on a Saturday. The next two days we had a Nor'ester with heavy rains and winds up to 60mph. Once the package was located, it was under 6" of water in a puddle. Please find some way to use a reliable delivery service so others do not have this experience.

The vendor packaged the item well and they came on time. The seller is very communicative so you won’t regret shopping here, they’re reliability is top tier

Kind of weird shipping - I received one unit a while back and the other nine just yesterday - about 3 weeks apart. I did contact the seller asking about the other nine units and it took a couple messages to get a response but was told that the items were in transit. I don't think the seller was trying to scam me as the arrival of the other nine was too soon after I initially contacted the seller regarding the fact that only one unit arrived.
