I bought the wrong size, because I did not read the instructions properly. Contacted the company, had email chat, sent the belt back and got the next size up. The leather shop uk wasn’t at fault I have had a couple of belts here and I give them a full 5***** rating good people to deal with great

Although buying offcuts I needed a specific sized piece for a project. I messaged the seller beforehand and they said I should purchase as normal and put a note on to ask for the size I needed. I did this and was ultimately sent 6 pieces in different colours and shapes, all of which would suffice for my project. The leather was also beautiful and appears to be of very high quality. I’m incredibly happy with this seller.
