These are brand new with protective pouch to help keep them from getting damaged. The pair of glasses are well worth the price of the product. I am still wearing the 1st pair that I have bought. Sunglasses have a good sleek appearance when you look to them. The 2 pair arrived in great condition. Items were packaged well.
