They told me since my mail is a cabinet with individual comparts for my neighbors it must have been delivered to the wrong address. After a week it had been returned by one of my neighbors and the USPS delivered it again to my address. I am a repeat costumer and highly recommend this seller. But not so much for our US Postal System!!!
